Beginning of February NLWS recived an invitation to attend a Rio Tinto Alcan Stakeholder meeting in Kitimat. Workers of this company earn extra money for safe working practices that they can then donate to a Charity of their choice. The workers that send us Sami last fall dedicated the funds to NLWS. A total of $ 10 614 was raised to help us care for the animals.
