    Wild Bear Rescue TV Series

In 2016 we started filming with Omnifilm Entertainment which is one of Canada’s leading independent content companies. For nearly forty years, Omnifilm has produced and distributed hundreds of hours of award-winning programming including drama, comedy, factual and lifestyle series, documentaries, and children’s programming. Omnifilm co-produces and partners regularly with both Canadian and international production companies and broadcasters. www.omnifilm.com

The TV series started on Animal Planet on June 23rd, 2017 with 12 episodes and was later also aired on Discovery Channel and Knowledge Network. The series follows cubs such as Nutmeg, Wasabi, Cassia and grizzly cub Shadow from arrival, through adaptation at NLWS. There is laughter and tears, the day to day reality for any rescue facility and they will capture your heart!

We are grateful for the opportunity to share our work that is made possible by faithful supporters and volunteers. We hope that their stories will raise awareness and reduce many of the causes that lead to a wild animal being orphaned.

Season 2 (12 more episodes) was filmed in 2017 and will air in 2018 at a yet to be determined date. Season 3 has started to be filmed already with the aim to create more episodes for 2019.

Meanwhile season 1 is now available on amazon.ca and amazon.com

It will also air in many other countries on TV such as Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Turkey, United States of America and others.
